Topic: “Cover Your Tails!” and/or “Tails Bootable Linux Workshop,” Presented by John Gallias and Breanna Hamm:
It’s more important than ever to cover your digital “Tails!” on the Internet. To do this we will explore Tails, a live system that aims to preserve your privacy and anonymity. Bring your own USB Flash Drive of at least 4GB in size, and we’ll help you create a Live Tails USB!
Bring your Laptop Computer and we will help you boot to it! Participants will leave with a working Tails USB and the knowledge to help them use the web securely and anonymously.
John Gallias is a Desktop Support Specialist Senior, at University of Michigan. Breanna Hamm is an Instructional Technologist at University of Michigan.
